Meet Fiona

I started my humble career as a radiation therapist, treating cancer with radiation. I was always curious about people, systems, processes and digital transformation. I have been fortunate enough to be a partaker of many digital transformation projects in the digital health industry (start-ups to larger, established  pubic and private organisations), seeing meaningful changes.

My expertises are in service design, UX design, benefits realisation and digital clinical safety management. I have seen my rare combination of skillsets serve a wide-range of clients over the years by getting to the root of the problem. My unique combination of an MBA, clinical background, product & project management and informatics experience knit business research into valuable insight which can help unravel the most complex problems you face right now.
