Go-to-market strategy for industry-disrupting medical device
I collaborated with an industry-disrupting medical device company in the Speech and Language Therapy sector to design, plan, and execute business research that supported their Go-to-Market strategy. With the aim of defining their value proposition, clarifying business assumptions, and aligning their objectives, I conducted thorough research to inform their market entry.
By planning and carrying out interviews and surveys with key stakeholders, I identified crucial insights into stakeholder pain points and needs. These findings were translated into user journey maps and personas, providing a comprehensive understanding of how different stakeholders interacted with the product.
These insights were instrumental in shaping their product backlog, as well as guiding critical elements of their go-to-market strategy, including health economics, reimbursement strategies, and channel selection. The thorough research ensured the product not only met clinical needs but also addressed the strategic requirements for a successful market entry.
